Coaching is being exquisitely listened to by someone with no agenda other than for your success & well-being. This kind of skilful attention helps you to listen to yourself, to overhear yourself saying things you didn't know you knew.
Coaching recognises that you have the potential & the resources to achieve & discover & be what you want to. The discipline of coaching creates the environment for you to explore your life & your questions & by walking alongside you in this exploration, supports you to evolve.

Sue White has been coaching individuals & teams for almost 3 decades & has also been supervising coaches for the past 6 years.
She is passionate about bringing her attention, her skills, her dedication & commitment, her creativity & her respect to supporting people through coaching, mentoring, facilitation, or supervision, to be the best versions of themselves that they can be & therefore create the best relationships they can be part of, whether personally or professionally.
She has had the privilege to study with some of the world's finest teachers in traditional & non-traditional fields of expertise & has created her own blend of offerings to clients in coaching, training, mentoring, facilitating & guiding scenarios.
Sue has an individual National Training award in recognition of client achievements of
‘outstanding organisational & individual successes through the ‘most broad & extensive range of client interaction & support the judges had ever seen’
As an Associate in corporate coaching she has been both finalist & winner of NT Industry Awards in the areas of Leadership Development & Leader as Coach programmes.
Sue is a Postgraduate Lecturer in Professional Coaching Skills, preparing coaches for the Advanced Certificate in Coaching accredited by the ILM & UWE
Sue delights in supporting others & in creating the kind of learning environments that allow people to question, to wonder, to create, to imagine, to change, to grow. Sue believes absolutely in walking the talk & 'applying to self' as a crucial foundation for working with others. In following her own path she has learned what it's like to be in the wilderness of the Hero's Journey. She's Vision Quested solo 12,00ft up a North American mountain for 3 days without food or tent, & also quested in The Sahara desert. She adheres to the principle:
"If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room" and is constantly on the look out for her current edge of growth & challenge. She will congruently accompany you to yours as one who knows the territory. She's a guide you can trust along the way.
She is also passionate about making herself progressively unecessary!
